Please read the policies below to ensure you understand what you’re signing up for. Booking an appointment is an automatic acknowledgment of and agreement to these policies, so please read carefully.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We kindly request that any appointment cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date. Deposits for appointments cancelled within this 24-hour window can be transferred to a later date. For appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled date or in the event of a no-show, there will be a charge equivalent to 50% of service price. We understand the value of your time and ours, and by adhering to this policy, you enable us to effectively manage our schedule and serve all our clients optimally.

Rescheduling

For lash appointments, rescheduling must be requested with at least 24 hours notice. Brow appointments must be rescheduled 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate any rescheduling requests.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total price of the service will be required in order to secure your appointment date.

Late Policy

We allocate dedicated time for each appointment, and without adequate notice, it becomes challenging for us to fill the slot with another appointment. Moreover, for lash appointments, if you are more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will have to reschedule. For brow appointments, if you are more than 20 mins late you will be asked to reschedule.

Guests

Because of both limited space and the appointment length, guests are not allowed in the studio.
