Lash extensions are a cosmetic enhancement technique where individual synthetic fibers are attached to natural eyelashes using a semi-permanent adhesive. These extensions are designed to add length, volume, and curl to the natural lashes, giving the appearance of longer, fuller, and more defined eyelashes.
The process involves a trained and licensed technician applying each extension carefully to a single natural lash, ensuring that they are separated and do not clump together. The extensions come in various lengths, thicknesses, and styles to achieve different looks, ranging from natural to dramatic.
Lash extensions are different from false eyelashes, which are usually applied as a strip or cluster and are meant to be temporary, lasting for a day or so. Lash extensions, on the other hand, can last for several weeks with proper care and maintenance, although touch-up appointments are often required to maintain the desired look as natural lashes shed over time.

This is a common misconception! They are safe if applied correctly, placed properly and isolated. They will cause no damage to the natural lash. Your eyelash extensions are never supposed to hurt, poke or cause you irritation. If any of these things happen, contact your lash technician or book a lash removal by a professional. Remember, the health of your natural lashes come first.

Yes you can swim with lash extensions. Just be mindful that it could lead to premature fallout of the extensions. You would probably need to come in sooner for your appointment.
